Discover the majesty of the Los Frailes Waterfall on a guided trek that will take you through the lush sub-Andean forest. With a height of 70 meters, this waterfall is a natural spectacle originating from the Santa Rosa paramo, located on the premises of Aguas y Aguas de Pereira.
Since 2017, thanks to agreement 006 between Aguas y Aguas de Pereira and the Yarumo Blanco Community Association, ecotourism activities have been established as a conservation strategy. Enjoy an unforgettable walk, accompanied by a local Environmental Interpreter, who will guide you along the approximately 2.5-kilometer trail from Hacienda Buenos Aires to the waterfall.
In addition to connecting with nature, your visit will contribute to the support of environmental education and research activities carried out by the Association, as well as to the support of local residents in maintaining the trail and the Buenos Aires visitor center.
